Main Features

Centrifuge Gluten Index is used in determining the quality of wet gluten making possible to to separate into groups the samples of wheat and flour according to the qualities of wet gluten.
Furthermore, the device indicates pest infestation of the samples of wheat and flour.
The device is completly controlled by an integrated micro-processor.
