Cuptoare de calire cu atmosfera inerta, uniformitate in zona protejata a cuptorului conform norme DIN 17052-1 ΔT10°C, rezistenta si durabilitatea barelor si viteza mare de atingerea temperaturii maxime; ideale pentru curatare matrite, forjarii sau pentru uscarea si preincalzirea formelor

Caracteristici tehnice
• Elemente de incalzire pe ambele parti ale cuptorului
• Asigura o flexibilitate maxima, uniformitate in zona utilă a cuptorului de pină la 3°C,
• Rezistenta si durabilitatea barelor in uz periodic si viteza mare de atingerea temperaturii maxime.
• Timp de incalzire de 30 de minute in functie de modelul cuptorului cat si de conditiile de lucru

Main features
PP furnaces are used for steel tempering and other heat treatment of materials up to a maximum temperature of 450°C, 650°C or 850°C.
Standard equipment of the furnace covers:

PKRC gastight chamber furnaces with retort and internal atmosphere circulation are used especially for heat treatment of materials in contro-lled atmosphere (argon, nitrogen, forming gas etc.) with low gas drain, to the max. temperature 950°C (1100°C when using an Inconel retort) for bright annealing, tempering, soldering, steel powder sintering.

Main features
Laboratory furnaces are suitable for testing the technologies where the emphasis on the precision of the temeratures´s lay-out is plased, there is controlled start and drop of the temperature, controlled annealing if its needed and where is desired the heating elements are not in the internal place with the samples at once.
It is heating the material for the thermal proccess of the metals, various tests of the sintering, calcination, determination of the softening point or sintering of the materials, samples´s combustion, enamel´s firing especially.
The rustless covering guarantees long operating timelife furnaces, heating element are inserted in the pipes made from the silica glass and are partly protected against to the aggresive substance´s attack from the batch.
Programmable controller and master switch are placed on the front of the furnace.

• Elementele de incalzire sunt termoceramice, cu rezistenta din aliaj Ni – Cr, care asigura operarea in deplina siguranta atat din punct de vedere a gazelor / fumurilor degajate, cat si din punct de vedere a electrosecuritatii.

Main features
hardening furnaces of the production line PKE with the capacity from 12 to 90 litres are designated especially for the processing of small charges or for laboratory using.
The cover of the furnace is made from bended sheet steal. The shape of the cover ensures automatic ventilation of the furnace and entails the reduction of the surface temperature; dimensions of the furnace will be still without change. Working processes are done on a laser saw machine with the guarantee of high quality and precision of the final workpiece.
This technology of assembling and working process, which is substituted by the old welding process, leads to final cost cutting. This is innovated not only in technique of the PKE production line but in the design of furnaces as well.
Door of the furnace is handled by an operating system and it is opened downwards. This system is easier than the old one. Doors could be regulated very precisely due to this new opening system. The door seal is ensured with spiral springs.
The operating panel is directed to service staff and integrated with all control units including controller.
The furnace is insulated with a board made from ceramic fibres, furthermore the back side is covered with a SiC board which is easy to change and it’s more resistant. Besides this, there is micro-porous insulation which is put just behind ceramic fibre boards. This insulation structure will give guarantee of the reduction of heating loss against the old insulation structure used in furnaces of PK line.
The difference of heating losses between them is about 30 %. Heating elements are situated on side walls.
The door of the furnace has the same insulation system and it’s equipped with a seal rope of four-square cross-sections to fit the door tightly.
The portal frame is made from hard and lightweight bricks.

Application
