Analizoare automate pentru determinarea stabilității tartrice a vinului

Caracteristici generale

Aparat complet automat pentru determinarea instantanee a stabilitatii tartrice in vinuri.
Principiul de functionare are la baza precipitarea substantelor tartrice si masurarea conductivitatii probei.
Aparatul este complet computerizat, are ecran LCD pentru afisare rezultate, imprimanta incorporata(optional) si interfata RS232 pentru conectare PC.
Metoda de lucru presupune urmarirea dinamicii precipitarii in mod isoterm (la temperatura aleasa intre -5°C ... +50°C.
Valoarea stabilitatii tartrice se determina din graficul conductivitatii functie de temperatura, cu si fara cristale tartrice.
Rezultatul se afiseaza pe ecran si se printeaza un raport al analizei la imprimanta incorporata.

Ultra-rapid Analyzer for Tartaric Stability in Wine and its Derivatives

Main features

Ultra-rapid electronic instrument for tartaric stability detection in wine and its derivatives
Peltier cells cooling system with double interchange.
Compact, silent, highest measurement speed.
Small dimensions and usage simplicity make the instrument suitable to work in any environment.
The instrument gives all the needed data, in the shortest possible time, to detect time and methods of continuous wine stabilization.
Through a simply and intuitive software, it is possible to:
- perform kinetics and isotherm precipitations at any temperature between -5 and 45°C;
- detect the saturation temperature through an intersection among the conductibility thermic profiles, both with and without THK crystals.

Advantages

The instrument is equipped with a BUILT-IN “TOUCH SCREEN” PC directly managing all the analysis operations, charts, calibrations and stores.
Cell thermostating; the cell’s cooling occurs in few seconds thanks to double-interchange Peltier Cells with AIR cooling system.
The instrument needs NO FURTHER EXTERNAL device needed.
A wide (160x100mm) graphic display allows a clear and prompt reading of data and charts on the current analysis.
The instrument interfaces with PC through USB or LAN and is also equipped with Wi-Fi system.

Saturation Tempreture (TS) Measurement

The TS test detect at which temperature the THK solubility is equal to the dissolved THK concentration. TARTARCHECK allows to perform this test generating an operation having the following steps:
- wine curve: the sample is brought to T°-min and them to T°-max. During this procedure, the conductivity is measured every 5 seconds.
- THK addition: the sample is cooled again to reach T°-min; now the user adds THK, then a phase of thermic stabilization occurs.
The T° where the two curves detach is the TS.
- charts: the stored data are interpolated and the TS is mathematically given.
All the performed analysis are automatically stored in an Archive file inside the instrument. The strong operating system (256 MB) allows to store some thousands of samples. The saved data are automatically filed alphabetically and chronologically. The configuration is Italian / English.
