Avantaje
Permite testarea unei game foarte largi de materie prime si produse finite, agricole, farmaceutice si alimentare (ex. carne, branzeturi, iaurt, produse de panificatie si patiserie, fructe si legume, jeleuri, ciocolata,halva, geluri, etc)
Este utilizat pentru teste de compresie, singulare si multiple, pentru analiza profilului textural, pentru teste de extensie, bloom test pentru gelatina, etc
Testele de compresie permit introducerea unor probe de pana la 22.5 cm inaltime
Instrumentul poate fi dotat cu o celula de sarcina care sa permita realizarea testelor cu sarcini de pana la 50 kg
Analizorul de textura are disponibil optional software-ul TexturePro CT care permite colectarea datelor si analiza acestora, reprezentarea grafica in timp real, calcularea parametrilor de interes (elasticitate, masticabilitate, duritate, etc) si controlarea instrumentuluicu ajutorul PC-ului
Domeniul de setare a vitezei: 0.01 mm/s ... 10 mm/s, cu o acuratete de 0.1%

The CT3 is a low cost, but powerful, universal testing machine that offers both compression and tensile testing. It can calculate, through compression and tensile data, a number of physical properties that have proven to be highly correlated to human sensory evaluation of food and other consumer products. Cylindrical, Conical and Spherical Probes  
Water Baths Consists of one TC-450MX and one TC-450SD water baths and one TC-351 refrigerated chiller. System is used by attaching TC-351 to one bath set to 10C. The second bath is set to 60C providing rapid transfer between the thermal environments necessary for conditioning gelatin for Bloom testing. Each bath has 29L reservior and capacity for twelve (12) gelatin jars and a removeable rack for easy handling.
