Turb 550 Turbidity meters for all nephelometric measurements in the lab and in drinking water analytics of 0.01 - 1000 NTU according to DIN ISO 27027 / US EPA 180.1
The lab turbidity meters of the Turb 550 series with IR lamp as per DIN ISO or Tungsten-halogen lamp as per US EPA for nephelometric measurements with automatic 1-3 point calibration and calibration interval monitoring with protocol for the AQS. User guidance and quick instructions on the meter ensure user-friendly measurements and calibration. The calibration is conducted with highly precise AMCO Clear polymer standards, called a secondary standard for drinking water as per DIN ISO 27027, EN ISO 7027 or approved as primary standards as per US EPA (0.02 – 10.0 – 1000 NTU). The analytical quality assurance (AQA) takes place via an adjustable calibration interval and a calibration protocol.

Turb 555 offers highly precise optics with several detectors and therefore allows nephelometric (90° stray light) measurement for drinking water as per DIN ISO 27027/ EN ISO 7027 / US EPA 180.1, transmission and ration measurements (ratio method).
Ratio procedures reduce the influence of sample colorations and interference effects of stray light with high turbidity. Comprehensive AQA functions such calibration interval monitoring with protocol, password protection for calibration and setup access fulfill the quality assurance requirements. The calibration up to 4000 NTU takes place with highly precise AMCO Clear polymer standards (0.02 – 10.0 - 100 – 1750 NTU) that are called secondary standard for drinking water as per DIN ISO 27027, EN ISO 7027 or approved as primary standards as per US EPA. As an option, the measuring range can be expanded by a 10,000 NTU standard.

AMCO Clear Standards Compared to Formazine, polymer calibration standards offer a much higher accuracy and stability without drifting, which increases the measuring accuracy even more:

Avantaje
Turbidimetru stationar de mare precizie indeplineste cerintele specificate de standardul ISO 7027, special proiectat pentru analiza calitatii apei, furnizand citiri exacte pentru valori scazute ale turbiditatii.
Sistemul optic avansat al instrumentului garanteaza rezultate de mare acuratete, o mare stabilitate masuratorilor si reduce la minimum interferentele de culoare sau lumina sporadica. Sistemul optic permite de asemenea compensarea intensitatii fluctuatiilor LED-ului, reducand astfel nevoia unei calibrari frecvente.
Cuvele de 25 mm sunt facute din sticla optica, garantand astfel repetabilitatea si consistenta masuratorilor.
Instrumentul poate masura turbiditatea in patru moduri*: pe un domeniu de la 0.00 la 1000 FNU in mod FNU, de la 10 la 4000 FAU in mod FAU, de la 0.00 la 4000 NTU in mod NTU cu raport si de la 0.00 la 1000 NTU in mod NTU fara raport. In mod NTU sunt disponibile alternativ unitati de masura EBC. In functie de proba de analizat si de nivelul de acuratete cerut, se poate selecta pentru modul de masurare una dintre variantele: normal, continuu sau semnal mediu.
Pentru turbiditate se poate realiza o calibrare in 2, 3, 4 sau 5 puncte cu standardele furnizate (0.1, 15, 100, 750 FNU si 2000 NTU). In cazul in care sunt utilizate standarde preparate de utilizator, punctele de calibrare pot fi modificate.
HI 88713 dispune de functia GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) care permite urmarirea conditiilor de calibrare. In mod GLP, pot fi verificate ultimele puncte de calibrare, data si ora ultimei calibrari.
Interfata simpla, usor de utilizat, datorita ecranului LCD. Toate mesajele afisate sunt textuale, usor de citit si inteles; prin simpla apasare a unei taste, sunt disponibile mesaje de ajutor contextual, in mai multe limbi. Confirmarea actiunilor prin semnale acustice ajuta, de asemenea, utilizatorul in timpul operarii; acesta are la dispozitie si un tutorial al modurilor de operare pentru ghidarea pas cu pas in procesul de analiza.
Functia de memorare permite inregistrarea in memoria interna si consultarea datelor pentru circa 200 de masuratori. Pentru prelucrari ulterioare, datele pot fi transferate catre un PC folosind interfata USB si aplicatia software HI 92000 compatibila Windows.

Un aparat de mare precizie, impermeabil, care combina cu succes masuratorile de turbiditate si colorimetrie ale celor mai importanti parametri ai apei potabile: turbiditate, clor liber si clor total. Instrumentul este special proiectat pentru analiza calitatii apei, furnizand citiri exacte pentru valori scazute ale turbiditatii si ale clorului liber/total.
Instrumentul intruneste cerintele USEPA si Standard Methods pentru masurarea turbiditatii si a clorului. Sistemul optic este format dintr-o sursa de lumina, detector si filtru de interferenta pentru banda ingusta la 525 nm, care asigura stabilitate pe termen lung si reduce la minim interferenta probelor cu lumina directa; calibrarea frecventa a instrumentului nu mai este necesara deoarece acest filtru compenseaza variatiile de intensitate ale lampii. Cuvele de 25 mm sunt confectionate din sticla optica, garantand astfel consistenta masuratorilor
Masurarea turbiditatii se poate realiza pe un domeniu de la 0.00 la 4000 NTU, cu raport, sau de la 0.00 la 40.0 NTU, fara raport. In functie de proba ce urmeaza a fi analizata si de acuratetea dorita, se poate selecta unul din modurile urmatoare de masurare: normal, continuu sau cu semnal mediu. Masurarea clorului liber si total se poate realiza pe un domeniu de la 0.00 la 5.00 mg/l (ppm). Datorita functiei CAL CHECK, performantele instrumentului pot fi verificate in orice moment folosind standardele NIST furnizate de HANNA.
Calibrarea se poate realiza in orice moment, atat pentru turbiditate cat si pentru domeniul colorimetric. Pentru turbiditate, calibrarea se poate realiza in 2, 3, 4 sau 5 puncte cu standardele furnizate (< 0.1, 15, 100, 750 si 1000 NTU) sau cu standarde personalizate. Pentru fotocolorimetru, calibrarea se poate efectua intr-un singur punct.
HI 83414 dispune de functie GLP(Good Laboratory Practice) care permite urmarirea conditiilor de calibrare. Prin apasarea unei singure taste, pot fi aflate ultimele puncte de calibrare, data si ora ultimei calibrari. Display LCD, usor de citit. Codurile afisate pe ecran ghideaza utilizatorul pas cu pas in cadrul operatiilor de rutina si pe tot parcursul calibrarii.
Dotat si cu functie de memorare, aparatul poate inregistra pana la 200 de masuratori in memoria interna, datele putand fi in orice moment disponibile pentru consultarea. Pentru o analiza detaliata a datelor memorate, acestea pot fi descarcate pe un calculator folosind o interfata USB.

The HI83414 is a multi parameter benchtop meter that measures the most important parameters in drinking water: turbidity and chlorine. The instrument is based on a state-of-the-art optical system which provides accurate results by minimizing stray light and color interferences. Periodic calibration with the supplied standards compensates for any variations in intensity of the tungsten lamp. The colorimeter portion of the meter uses a 525 nm narrow band interference filter for maintaining the proper wavelength in the measurement of free and total chlorine. All measurements are performed with 25 mm round cuvettes composed of special optical glass to ensure maximum repeatability of turbidity and chlorine measurements.
Main Features
Four Measurement Modes The HI83414 features four measurement modes including ratio or non-ratio mode for turbidity, free chlorine, and total chlorine. In ratio mode the turbidity is 0.00 to 4000 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) while in the non-ratio mode the range is 0.00 to 40.0 NTU. The range for free or total chlorine measurements is 0.00 to 5.00 mg/L (ppm) range.
Multiple Turbidity Units of Measure Turbidity can be displayed as nephelometric turbidity units (NTU), European Brewing Convention units (EBC) or Nephelos units.
EPA Compliant The HI83414 meets and exceeds the requirements of EPA and Standard Methods both for turbidity and colorimetric chlorine measurements. When the meter is in EPA mode all turbidity readings are rounded accordingly to meet reporting requirements.
Calibration A two, three, four, or five-point turbidity calibration can be performed by using the supplied ( 0.1, 15, 100, 750, and 2000 NTU) standards.Calibration points can be modified if user-prepared standards are used. For free and total chlorine, the CAL Check™ standard can be used for calibration to 1.00 mg/L (ppm).
AMCO AEPA-1 Primary Turbidity Standard - The AMCO AEPA-1 supplied standards are recognized as a primary standard by the USEPA. These non-toxic standards are made of styrene divinylbenzene polymer spheres that are uniform in size and density. The standards are stable and reusable with a long shelf life.
CAL Check With the powerful CAL Check function, reliable performance of the chlorine colorimeter can be validated at any moment by using the exclusive HANNA ready-made, NIST traceable standards. All standards are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for traceability.
GLP Data The HI83414 features complete GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) functions that allow traceability of the calibration conditions. Data includes calibration points, date, and time.
Data Logging Up to 200 measurements can be stored in the internal memory and recalled at any time.
Data Transfer For further storage or analysis options, logged data can be downloaded to a Windows compatible PC using the USB port and the HI92000 software.
Tutorial Mode The unique tutorial mode provides additional information to help the user during measurements. When enabled, the instrument displays explanations and a confirmation button when a preparation or other operation has to be performed.
Contextual Help Contextual help is always available through a dedicated HELP button. Clear tutorial messages and directions are available on-screen to quickly and easily guide users through setup and calibration. The help information displayed is relative to the setting/option being viewed.
Backlit Graphic LCD Display A graphic LCD display provides an easy to understand, user-friendly interface. All messages are in plain text making them easy to read.
