The high reaction temperature over a defined period of time ensures a complete degradation of the sample. The required temperatures and degradation times for the standard parameters are stored in every WTW thermoreactor. In addition, there are different options for self programming and cuvette numbers available.

Model Variations
- WTW CR 2200 Standardized digestion with programs for the standard parameters CSB, brief digestion COD (148°C, 20 min.), total nitrogen, total phosphorus, TOC and heavy metals of galvanizing with automatic heating and switch-off.
- WTW CR 3200 Standardized digestion with programs for the standard parameters COD, quick COD (148°C, 20 min.), total nitrogen, total phosphorus, TOC and heavy metals of galvanizing with automatic heating and switch-off. 8 user-defined digestion programs at temperatures between 25-170°C can be programmed for special degradations and therefore also allow high temperature digestions. The very same program can be run for all cuvettes at the same time; to perform two parallel digestion programs, the CR 4200 is the suitable choice. For the analytical quality assurance (AQA), the external temperature sensor TFK CR can be connected to the PC/printer instead of a vial.
- WTW CR 2200 Standardized digestion programs for the standard parameters COD, quick COD (148°C, 20 min.), total nitrogen, total phosphorus, TOC and heavy metals of galvanizing with automatic heating and switch-off. 8 user-defined digestions at temperatures between 25-170°C can be programmed for special degradations and therefore also allow high temperature digestions. Two different programs for 12 cuvettes each can be run at the same time. You can use an external temperature sensor instead of a vial with data output to the PC/printer for analytical quality assurance (AQA).
