Detector gaz fix pentru gaze toxice si inflamabile, adecvat pentru detectarea gazelor toxice, fiind dotat cu un senzor de oxigen alimentat la o sursa electrica de 9-36 Vcc, avand un analog de 4-20mA si un semnal digital RS-485.
Poate fi folosit ca controller standard 4-20mA/RS-485 sau doar ca senzor.
Este disponibil cu senzori pentru urmatoarele gaze: O2, CO, H2S, SO2.

Fixed Toxic Gas Monitor, 4-20 mA Transmitter
The RAEGuard EC is a permanently mounted (fixed) toxic gas or oxygen sensor/transmitter that operates from a 9 to 36 VDC power source and provides an analog (4 to 20mA) and digital (RS-485) signal output. Housed in an explosion-proof enclosure, the RAEGuard EC is equipped with a local digital display of the gas concentration and function keys for performing calibration.
The RAEGuard EC is operated with a standard 4 to 20mA/RS-485 controller or as a stand-alone sensor module.

Este un detector de fotoionizare (PID) adecvat pentru masurarea unei gama vaste de compusi organici volatili.
Acest aparat este alimentat la o sursa de 10 – 28 Vcc si genereaza un semnal analog cu 3 fire de 4-20 mA si un semnal digital Modbus RS-485.

• Este rezistent la explozii datorita carcasei.
• Meniul este accesat cu ajutorul unei chei magnetice, atat pentru calibrarea detectorului, cat si pentru ajustarea parametrilor operationali.
• Este potrivit pentru monitorizarea VOCs din medii periculoase sau medii obisnuite.
• Are sistem de alarmare auditiva si vizuala (LED).
• Relele pot fi configurate pentru a declansa alarme externe sau de control al procesului, atunci cand inregistreaza valori mici, mari sau erori.
• Are o pompa cu diafragma interna cu ajutorul careia de poate regla debitul probei, asigurand un timp de raspuns superior. • Zona 1 (Class 1, Division 1).

The RAEGuard 2 PID is a fixed photoionization detector (PID) that measures a broad range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The RAEGuard 2 PID operates on 10 to 28 VDC and provides an analog (4-20mA) three-wire signal output, and RS-485 Modbus digital signal output. Calibration and maintenance have been greatly simplified as the digital PID module can be easily removed in hazardous locations for calibration or maintenance.
The RAEGuard 2 PID has a graphic display and local sound alarm and LED light status indicator.
In addition, Low, High, and Fault relays can be configured to trigger external alarms or process controls.
A magnetic key interface enables the detector to be calibrated and operational parameters adjusted with the explosion-proof enclosure in place.

Main features
The Monicon S500L Gas Monitor is a rugged, self contained, Intelligent gas sensor with, many advanced features to provide fast, realiable warnings of combustible gas concentrations at levels below at which these gases become potentially explosive.
The S500L is certified ATEX EEx'd IIc T6 Ta -20ºC to +60ºC.
The gas concentration is indicated locally on the dot-matrix LED display in the range 0-100% LEL. The S500L incorporates a 4-20mA analogue output, an RS485 computer interface and on-board alarm relays.
The sensor is available in catalytic, semiconductor or NDIR technology.

Main features
The Monicon S500L-IR is a high quality, self contained, NDIR (Non Dispersive Infra Red) gas sensor that offers a host of sophisticated features to provide fast, reliable warnings against explosive concentrations of combustible gases.
The S500L-IR will operate as a standalone instrument or in conjunction with a controller or a computer.
It is housed in an attractive, compact diameter enclosure and may be configured or calibrated by one person, without declassifying the hazardous area.
The gas concentration is indicated on a rugged 4-character alphanumeric display which also indicates instrument status.
The S500L-IR is fully user programmable and no physical adjustments are necessary during calibration as the on-board computer assists the calibration procedure.
Because the unit uses infrared energy rather than catalysts, the sensor is unaffected by the catalytic poisons that have an adverse affect on traditional “pellistor” based sensors.
All user variables are stored in non-volatile memory (EEPROM) and retained indefinitely even during total power failure.

Detectorul fix RAEGuard LEL este un detector/transmitator integrat cu senzor catalic adecvat pentru determinarea gazelor toxice si inflamabile.
Acest aparat este alimentat la o sursa de 9 – 36 Vcc si genereaza un semnal analog cu 3 fire de 4-20 mA si un semnal digital Modbus RS-485 cu valori intre 0 – 100% LEL. Poate fi folosit ca controller standard 4-20mA/RS-485 sau doar ca senzor.
Caracteristici tehnice
• Datorita carcasei rezistente la explozii, poate fi folosit cu incredere in medii de lucru periculoase.
• Parametrii afisati pe display pot fi setati cu o cheie magnetica, printr-o manopera non-intruziva.
• Are un senzor 7R catalitic LEL foarte rezistent la „otravire”.
• Are iesire analogica de 4-20 mA si iesire digitala de RS-485 cu un domeniu de masura pentru gaze inflamabile de 0-100 % LEL (metan, acetilena, propan, H2 si alte gaze inflamabile).

The RAEGuard LEL is a permanently mounted (fixed) catalytic bead combustible gas detector/transmitter that operates from a 9 to 36 VDC power source and provides an analog (4 to 20mA) and digital (RS-485) signal output in the range of 0 to 100% LEL combustible gas. Housed in an explosion-proof enclosure, the RAEGuard LEL is equipped with a local digital display of the gas concentration and function keys for performing calibration. The RAEGuard LEL can be operated with a standard 4 to 20mA/RS-485 controller or as a stand-alone sensor module.
