Este un analizor multifunctional de mare performanta; unic pe piata cu noua tehnologie pe baza de senzori inteligenti interschimbabili; aparatul poate fi echipat cu pana la 4 senzori de gaz simultan, care pot fi schimbati cu usurinta de catre utilizator la fata locului; informatiile de calibrare sunt salvate in electronica senzorilui, astfel incat nu este necesara recalibrarea cu gaz la schimbarea acestora; nu este necesara trimiterea aparatului la service pentru inlocuirea senzorilor deoarece aparatul a fost conceput astfel incat utilizatorul sa poata realiza aceasta operatiune cu usurinta, economisindu-se costurile de constatare, service, mentenanta si economisindu-se si timp

Combustion analyzer kit
The Boston HD portable combustion gas analyzers integrates the latest technonology with new performances that put it at the top of the market.
Usable on any heating plants of every dimension, it is equipped of replaceable sensor cartridges, a large and lighting display and a rich option menu that includes a choice of 14 different combustibles.
It can be also digital manometer and test on gas pipeline using KP400 kit (see accesories).
It has a complete management software that use 500 memories of the instrument, a data logger with graphic representation of combustion values and with the possibility to print annex F and G also customizable.

Caracteristici generale
• Poate functiona cu maxim 7 senzori: maxim 5 senzori electrochimici (O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S, H2, Cl2), si maxim 2 senzori IR (CxHy, CO2).
• Masoara temperatura ambientala si temperatura gazelor de ardere, presiunea, tirajul in cos si presiunea diferentiala.
• Aparatul este dotat cu 3 intrari analogice (1 de curent/tensiune, 1 termocuplu si 1 termistor)
• Optional se poate masura viteza de curgere a gazelor (cu ajutorul unui tub Pitot optional)
• Unitate de preparare si conditionare a probei de gaz, disponibila optional (racitor/uscator Peltier)

• Software-ul aparatului are compatibilitate internationala in ceea ce priveste limba (inclusiv limba romana), formatul datei, etc; permite protejarea setarilor cu parola; realizeaza calibrarea de zero automat la pornirea instrumentului, precum si calibrarea senzorilor de O2 si CO in timpul utilizarii; include o lista de 22 de combustibili uzuali, iar alte 10 tipuri de combustibili pot fi definiti de catre utilizator; verifica automat functionarea instrumentului, furnizand semnale acustice si informatii complete in „lista de control”; compenseaza abaterea termica. Toti parametrii sunt programabili.
• Calculeaza concentratia CO2, CO nediluat, concentratiile de masa absolute si relative ale gazelor de combustie, emisiile relative si toti parametri relevanti ai combustiei (debitul la cos, excesul de aer, eficienta combustiei, pierderile la cos).
• Toate rezultatele sunt afisate pe display numeric sau grafic (sub forma de diagrama). Se poate programa medierea masurarilor (10 sec - 60 min). Rezultatele se pot stoca in memoria instrumentului (maxim 1024 de seturi de date organizate in 10 banci de date), pot fi transmise catre un PC, folosind interfata RS232 si software-ul furnizat de catre producator, sau pot fi printate la imprimanta incorporata in aparat.
• Pompa de purjare pentru curatare automata a senzorului de CO

Accesorii necesare
Heated hose with heated gas filter supplies gas sample to the the analyser’s conditioning module.
Hose has M30x1 threaded connection to fix gas probe pipe. The other end has magnetic quick coupler and electric connector to connect it with analyser.
Standard length of hose is 3m, it is possible to order other lengths of hoses.
Hose is provided with a carrying bag.
Gas probe pipe
Exchangeable gas probe pipe mounted on the probe holder with M30x1 fastening.
It has thermocouple type K (in some configurations type S) for measurement of gas temperature and a threaded fixing cone. With the probe holder is a complete gas probe.
There are many probe pipes available. They differ in length and working temperature.
For work efficiency it is advised to own different probe pipes to be able to adjust to the measurement place.

Accesorii optionale
Ambient temperature sensor This ambient temperature sensor on a 3m cable is used for measurement of the boiler’s inlet air.
In basic configuration the ambient temperature is measured by sensor installed in the connector of the gas probe handle.
Pitot tube is used for indirect measurement of gas flow velocity (measurement with the analayser’s differential pressure sensor).
A few lengths of tubes are available. Pitot tube has 2m gas tubings to connect it with the analyser.
Soot test adapter is installed in place of the standard lid.
Adapter allows to perform soot test according to Bacharach method.
USB converter 2.5m cable that allows to connect the analyser (its RS232C port) with USB port in PC computer (especially valuable when PC is not equipped with COM port).
Bluetooth Module connected to the analyser’s RS232C port, allows to communicate with PC computer over Bluetooth protocol.

Professional flue gas analyser that combines high quality of sample conditioning with great measurement accuracy contained in a compact soft casing.
Analyser is equipped with heated hose with heated filter, built-in high efficient condensation dryer.

PGD 100 Gas conditioner
Photon analyser “cares” only for analysing the gas sample. Nevertheless, such sample must firstly be properly prepared. For this purpose, the Photon is always paired with powerful gas conditioner PGD-100.
Photon communicates with, and controls PGD-100 dryer via 2.5m electric cable. Gas sample is delivered via 2.5m Tygon tube.
Heated hose
Heated hose with heated gas filter supplies gas sample to the the analyser’s conditioning module.
Hose has M30x1 threaded connection to fix gas probe pipe. The other end has magnetic quick-coupler and electric connector to connect it with analyser.
Standard length of hose is 3m, it is possible to order other lengths of hoses.
Hose is provided with a carrying bag.
Gas probe pipe
Exchangeable gas probe pipe mounted on the probe holder with M30x1 fastening.
It has thermocouple type K (in some configurations type S) for measurement of gas temperature and a threaded fixing cone. With the probe holder is a complete gas probe.
There are many probe pipes available. They differ in length and working temperature.
For work efficiency it is advised to own different probe pipes to be able to adjust to the measurement place.

Boiler’s inlet air temperature sensor
This PT500 temperature sensor on a 3m cable is used for measurement of the boiler’s inlet air. It is optional equipment. The sensor has to be connected to the Temp. Amb. socket. If this sensor is not connected Photon assumes the boiler’s inlet air temperature to be equal to the temperature measured with the NTC2k7 sensor installed in the device’s lid.
Temperature sensor for thermal stabilisation
This NTC2k7 temperature sensor with a 300mm cable is used for measurement of the surrounding air temperature. It helps to set the optimal target temperature for Photons thermal stabilisation. The sensor is connected to the Temp. Aux socket (in some units the socket is without label). The head of NTC2k7 sensor is installed in analyser's lid. For calculations, where ambient temperature is required, Photon uses readings from PT500 3m sensor (boiler's inlet air temperature sensor). In case of absence of this PT500 sensor, readings from NTC2k7 are being used.
Pitot tube
Pitot tube is used for indirect measurement of gas flow velocity (measurement with the analayser’s differential pressure sensor).
A few lengths of tubes are available. Pitot tube has 2m gas tubings to connect it with the analyser.
