Caracteristici generale
Seria analizoare de umiditate MA 3Y este echipata cu un afisaj touchscreen grafic color cu dimensiunea de 5.7" care impreuna cu noul software ofera noi posibilitati de operare si de prezentare a rezultatelor obtinute. Seria MA.3Y dispune de baze de date extinse care permit memorarea modurilor de uscare programabile, particularizate dupa baza de date a mostrelor. Seria MA 3Y permite tiparirea si exportul diagramelor prezentate pe afisaj intr-un fisier BMP.
Personalizarea setarilor este posibila datorita profilurilor de utilizator extinse.
Controlul orizontalitatii se obtine printr-un sistem de afisare electronic, patent propriu al producatorului, care ajuta la un reglaj de foarte mare precizie.
Formatele standard de tiparire precum si formatele liber configurabile de catre utilizator permit obtinerea documentatiei in conformitate cu orice necesitati si cerinte si standarde inclusiv GLP / GMP

Moisture analyzer is a laboratory measuring instrument intended to determine relative moisture content in samples of different substances. MA 3Y features 5,7" LCD colour touch panel which provides new possibility within the scope of balance operation and presentation of measurement result. It features extended databases containing programmable drying modes related to the database of samples. The MA 3Y series enables printing and exporting charts presented on its display to a BMP file
Customization of instrument’s settings is possible thanks to extended user profiles.
The balance level is monitored by LevelSENSING system, RADWAG patented solution, which uses a system of an electronic level.
Standard and user defined printouts allow for maintaining documentation complying with GLP/GMP requirements practically in any organization.

Baza de Date
Analizoarele de umiditate din seria MA X2 sunt instrumente de masurare hi-tech proiectate pentru determinarea rapida a continutului de umiditate relativa si a continutului de masa uscata in diferite esantioane de substante.
Seria MA X2 este echipata cu un afisaj touchscreen color foarte prietenos in utilizare.
Utilizatorul are posibilitatea de configurare a panoului de control ce poate contine taste virtuale, campuri de informatii personalizate si etichete programabile.
Procesul de uscare poate fi efectuat pentru orice temperatura si datorita bazelor de date, pot fi definite procese de uscare speciale, particularizate pentru anumite produse.
Sistemul informational al seriei MA X2 se bazeaza pe 6 baze de date, permitand mai mulor operatori sa aiba acces la o multitudine de date, setari si configurari particularizate conform unor procese definite.
Masuratorile pot fi memorate si supuse unor analize ulterioare

Seria MA X2 este oferita cu capacitati maxime de la 50g / 0,1 mg la 210g / 1mg.
Continutul de umiditate se masoara cu precizia de 0,01% (0,001% pentru probele mai mari decat 1,5g).
Temperatura maxima de uscare este de 160°C (exista si o optiune pentru extindere a temperaturii maxime pana la 250°C ).
Functionalitatea analizoarelor de umiditate este extinsa prin folosirea setului pentru determinarea permeabilitatii la vapori de apa.
Valoarea permebilitatii reprezinta un parametru indispensabil in industria pielariei pentru determinarea proprietatilor igienice ale pielii.

MA.X2.A maximum capacity ranges from 50g/0.1mg to 210g/0.1mg. Moisture content is measured with the 0.01% accuracy (0.001 % for samples bigger than 1.5g). The maximum drying temperature is 160˚C (there is an optional moisture analyzer with 250˚C maximum temperature). An additional element for moisture analyzers that improves their functionality is a water vapour permeability determination set used in tanning industry for determining hygienic properties of leather.

Seria MA.R redefineste standardele analizoarelor de umiditate. Aceasta serie a fost echipata cu un afisaj LCD extins cu o linie de text suplimentara pentru prezentarea de informatii si mesaje

This series has been equipped with brand new readable LCD display providing an extra text line for information such as supplementary messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. Seria de analizoare PRECISA 330 XM satisface cele mai inalte standarde internationale de calitate cu o gama de optiuni suplimentare.
Analizorul de umiditate Model EM 120-HR se va potrivi perfect pentru validare GLP; IQ/OQ/PQ si are integrate conexiuni USB si RS232 pentru PC extern si imprimanat.
Capacitate de memorie generoasa de 50 db, pentru un control optim al proceselor de analize cu documentati, tehnologia de cantarire user-friendly sunt caracteristicile cele mai avantajoase.
Modelele XM60-HR XM60 sunt termobalante potrivite pentru volume mici de probe. Sunt compacte, robuste, precise si cu functionare simpla. Gratie valorilor termice ridicate, ofera rezultate rapide si precise.
Termobalanta model XM 66 ofera rezultate rapide de umiditate potrivit pentru analizele apele din instalatii de canalizare si sisteme de epurare a apelor uzate. Domeniu extins de cantarire la 310 g permite atat utilizarea navelor de tara mai grele si a unor cantitati mai mari specimen. Modelul XM 66 ofera posibilitatea de a stoca patru rezultate de cantarire care fac posibila calcularea reziduului de cenusa dupa calcinarea esantionului.
Analizorul de umiditate XM 50 este configurat special pentru aplicatii de rutina in productie, loturi de produse si controlul proceselor de productie.

The XM60/XM60-HR moisture analyzer is the low-volume instrument for customers with low sample volumes and quantities. It is robust, perfectly accurate and simple to operate. Thanks to the high thermal values, moisture analyzer delivers quick and accurate results. Irrespective of your analysis criteria, the widest range of analysis options are at your disposal.

The XM66 delivers rapid moisture results for sewage and waste water treatment plants. The increased weighing range of 310g enables both the use of heavier tare vessels and greater specimen quantities. The XM66 moisture analyzer offers the option to store four weighing results which make it possible to calculate the ash residue after ashing of the specimen has been completed externally.

The XM50 moisture analyzer is the new basic unit within Precisa's family of Moisture Analyzers it is specifically designed for a routine application in production and incoming inspection.
